Clauses of membership
Clause 1: to be a member of CIEL 47 and be able to obtain the various services and advantages got by the membership, it is necessary to conform to the statuses of the association, a copy of which is kept at your disposal in the office of the association and will be handed to every member by making the demand and acquitting a contribution,
Clause 2: the membership is valid for a calendar year and is automatically renewed by tacit renewal, when due. Every year, the members receive an information informing them about their contribution for coming 12 months, as well as a form allowing to update the data concerning them,
Clause 3: it is possible to end the membership by registered letter with recorded delivery, sent to the head office of the association, at least one month before the closing date of the accounting year, that is November 30th of the current year
Clause 4: member's quality gets lost by the resignation, the disappearance of the company, the radiation pronounced by the Board of directors for debts with the association, for grave motive, moral or material wrong carried out to the association and according to the procedure planned in the article 5 of the statuses
Clause 5: whatever is the number of participants of the company, the membership gets a free of charge participation for the thematic meetings, the visits of companies or meetingse organized by the association, as well as prices differentiated for its collective actions
Clause 6: in application of the article 127 of the law N°78-17 of January 6th, 1978 relative to the computing, to the files and to the liberties, the members have a right of access and rectification for any information concerning them, with the association. The required information is necessary for the establishment of the membership. By the membership the company accepts that its company name appears on the list of the members and on the list of the documents of promotion of the association.
